Welcome to John Torrent Insurance Agency! I grew up in Jacksonville, FL and attended Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA where I received a B.S. in Accounting. I worked in public accounting for 2 years where I audited group retirement plans. I went on to run a successful financial service business for 4 1/2 years before joining State Farm in 2001 as a Financial Service Associate. As a FSA, I assisted Agents and team members in obtaining their financial services license and developed plans to help them meet their goals. I opened the doors to my State Farm office in beautiful Natchitoches, LA in 2004. I live here with my amazing wife of 29 years and we have 2 sons that we are very proud of.

In our office, the main goal is to make each customer our top priority. We strive each day to make sure that we have given every customer a personalized and memorable experience. We take the time to listen to you and ask questions, so we can help you create an insurance plan that will fit you and your family's needs. We want to be your first point of contact for any questions or concerns you have about things happening in the insurance industry.
